All channels available via Zindi are already publicly broadcast online and freely available on the Internet without subscription.
Zindi does not and will never grant access to pay-per-view or illegal services. The creators of Zindi respect copyright and abhor piracy.
Zindi is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. Access to the app may be revoked at any time and without warning and with no liability towards any person or organisation.
Zindi and the creators of Zindi are not affiliated with or linked to any political, activist, or paramilitary organisation.
Zindi and it's creators are not responsible for the content shown on the free-to-air channels.

In the event of a breach of data, the only data that would be gained would be the Internet Protocol (IP) address you used to access our servers and the date/time you made said access. This data on it's own would not be sufficient to identify you as an individual since we have no account system or record of who you are as an individual. When you access any Internet Television channel via Zindi, the provider of that channel will be sent your Internet Protocol (IP) address by your Roku device. This is beyond our control and between you and the third party service that you elect to use. Each provider may operate their own privacy policy and it is your responsibility to investigate and understand that policy. A channel will only be sent your Internet Protocol (IP) address by your Roku device if you elect to watch said channel.

The Zindi Roku app and servers do not keep records of your Roku username, address, real name, or any other "sensitive" personal information. We will never ask for such information.

We respect copyright and abhor piracy. No content has been taken, re-broadcast, or re-distributed from any third party; Zindi simply connects the viewer to the broadcaster via an easy to understand user interface.
Frequently, those who wish to watch internet television channels are not technically minded and find many websites confusing, having unappealing interfaces, and/or incompatible with a wide range of televisions on the market. Often these viewers have out-of-date web browsers, or lack the correct plugins to watch their favourite free-to-air television channel. By showing your internet Kurdish television channel via Zindi on Roku, your channel is given the opportunity to reach such a diverse market.
